Purina and Milo’s Kitchen Treat Recalls

Nestle Purina PetCare and Milo’s Kitchen have both voluntarily recalled certain chicken jerky treats after the New York Department of Agriculture detected there may be traces of a poultry antibiotic illegal in the United States. Purina is taking Waggin’ Train and Canyon Creek Ranch brand dog treats off the market, while Milo’s Kitchen is recalling its Chicken Jerky and Chicken Grillers home-style dog treats.
Pedigree initiates recall on select canned food products

Pedigree has initiated a voluntary recall on three varieties of its Weight Management canned dog food products due to a potential choking risk. Cans of this product may contain small pieces of blue plastic, which broke off a conveyor belt during the production process.
Pedigree has identified the source of the plastic and the issue has been resolved. Pedigree is encouraging consumers who have purchased affected product to discard the food or return it to the retailer for a full refund or exchange.
